Note: If you have only got the demo version of FutureRIP, you will need to download the FutureRIP profile compiler version 2.0 or greater from our download section before you can run these profiles. To install a profile, just select Open file when prompted.

How the profiles are named:-

Each profile is named using a convention that allows you to determine specific details about each profile.

[Printer type] [Ink type] [Ink set] [Resolution] [Media][type]

Example: "Roland_INK_PIG_OG_720dpi_YPMI_HQ"

Printer type	[Roland_INK] refers to the printer group that can use this profile.
Ink type	[Pig] refers to the ink type, in this case, pigment ink.
Ink set	[OG] refers to the ink set, ie OG= CMYK+Or+Gr, CM = CMYK+Lc+Lm
Resolution	[720dpi] indicates the profile resolution.
Media Code	[YPMI] refers to the meda code.
Profile type	[HQ] HQ indicates that the profile is a High Quality profile, which means that the minimum amount of black is used to make colors, resulting in a finer dot pattern.
