Bug Report

This form should be used when you have encountered a problem that has not or cannot be reported automatically by the software. To check this go the Help menu in the software and click on 'Troubleshooting Log'. If the problem you wish to report about is not listed please fill in this form, if it is you can automatically upload the report by clicking on 'Send Report' from the 'Help' menu.

When you submit your bug report, it will be entered into our database for tracking purposes. It will be associated with the Product Serial or Customer Number under which you made this report. After an initial assessment by our support department, the resolution of the problem will be assigned to an appropriate engineer. We will then contact you and advise you of our findings, any solutions and relevant patches.
