Future Corporation software products may be returned under the following terms:
If you are the first user of the Software and are not completely satisfied with
it for any reason (excluding: Beta, Demonstration, Instalment, OEM, SDK or
Subscription Software as set forth under their respective sections in the
EULA)
you may return it at any time during the thirty (30) calendar day period following the
date of purchase subject to the following conditions:
(i) You must
uninstall and where applicable Deactivate and/or Deregister the Software
under the guidance and to the satisfaction of Future Corporation i.e. we
must be able to confirm you have done this and provide a special utility to
do so which is located in the root of VinylMaster Program DVD (Deactivate.exe);
(ii) Return any media and other associated materials including the hardware
security device (if applicable) less shipping, handling, applicable taxes and
any other non-recoverable costs;
All returns to Future Corporation must be accompanied by a Return Material
Authorization number (RMA number);
Packages sent to Future Corporation without an RMA number will not be processed
and no credit will be issued;
No returns will be accepted by Future Corporation, or its Affiliates and/or its
Authorized Dealers after the thirty (30) calendar day period has expired.
